    Stress is sneaky

    I went for a run today. Those that know me or follow my posts, you might not think that is anything out of the ordinary, as I would usually run 3 or 4 times per week. However, the run I did today was the first time I had been out for just over two weeks, and before that I have only run a couple of times in the last few months.     A bit of TLC…I always thought TLC was “tender loving care”. A bit of TLC is definitely a good thing – we need to show kindness to ourselves and look after ourselves, particularly when things are difficult.     It’s time for a moment of mindfulness…Right now. Stop what you are doing and bring your busy brain back from wherever it is, to this moment, right here, right now. Notice how you are feeling.
